Am I a reflection of my physical but not my soul?
I think...in some ways I am
My skin, hair, and clothes are what peoople see...
It is what they use to define me
Am I a reflection of my physical but not my soul?
I think...in some ways I am
They say that the eyes are the window to the soul
Few have taken the time to look into my eyes in search of my soul
Instead they focus on my physical attributes...my skin, my hair, my clothes
Well that shit gets old
Does it matter if I am young or old; rich or poor? Does it matter if I am short or tall? Does it matter if I caramel or coca? Does it matter if my HAIR IS SHORT OR LONG...KINKY OR STRAIGHT?
Why is it difficult for people to see that my cup runith over with riches...and that the beauty is in the eye of the beholder.
And I am holding it...so the beauty is in me.
Am I a reflection of my physical but not my soul?

A Poem for Ms. Francis
Pleasant, you are always
Spirit, full of love
Humble, but radiant, like an Angel from above
Wisdom, you have much of
Knowledge from you, I am pleased to seek
for as I age, I aspire to be like you
A women so regal, so meak
Spirit, full of love
Humble, but still radiant
Ms. Francis a pleasant women you are

Our Love is Like Poetry
My heart races with the touch, the touch, the touch from your hands radiating your feelings, your love for me...means so much.
God, from above, knew what he was doing when he created, created, created you.
Your physique...damn...looking at your bronze body makes me so meak, so weak in the knees...
My heart melts with every word you speak...
Your wisdom, knowledge, your love...so powerful...so powerful.
So powerful are the gifts of God...like that he gave SOLOMAN.
You, your presence, your kind spirit touches me, touches me, touches me...
Radiating your feelings, your feelings...your feelings for me. Your love for me means so much.
